Therapeutic Foot or Hand Reflexology
deeply relaxing, interrupts the patterns of stress and gently nudges your body to balance, normalize, and heal itself.
$85 (60-75 minutes)
Ionic Detoxifying Foot Bath
Gently works with your body's lymphatic system to release toxins and cellular waste, as well as, energize healthy cells.
$60 (30-45 minutes) or $50 combined with reflexology
What to expect during the session...
We encourage you to come with an open mind and the intention to disconnect from the stress of life and just relax. This time is specifically designated for the whole you... to take a deep breath and exhale. Ahhh!
To help us get to know you a little better, you'll complete a new client intake form provided upon arrival, prior to service.
You'll only need to remove your shoes, socks, or jewelry from your hands or feet, then recline on a very comfy reflexology therapy table. Pillows and bolsters are used for additional comfort and support.
The ionic detox foot bath is highly recommended in combination with reflexology services for enhanced results, or as a gentle yet powerful solo therapy. You'll place your bare feet in a warm sea salt & water solution along with a special device. Please avoid applying lotions/ oils to the feet prior to this therapy. just sit back, relax, and enjoy the healing vibes!
The suites' ambiance surrounds you with soothing sounds & natural light. Calming colors, crystals, artwork, living plants, inspiring words and diffused pure essential oils help to encourage a sense of peace and wellbeing.
It's a wholistic mood!
Your reflexologist can provide professional feedback regarding assessment of any findings either at the end of your session or throughout it, depending on your preference. This is done for education and awareness purposes and is not intended for self diagnosis.
