Meet Angela Wells-Peterson
I’ve always had a natural interest in health sciences and helping others. I was first exposed to therapeutic reflexology while working as a hospice nurse. I listened to my patients report a variety of "reflexology relief" stories and observed their positive results firsthand. That experience inspired me to seek reflexology therapy for my personal stress and insomnia issues and the benefits reached far beyond my expectations. I was hooked! I decided to learn more about it to help others experience relief too. In 2014, I completed my core training at the Stone Institute of Reflexology with 350+ hours of education.
Why Reflexology? Reflexology performed by a loving, skilled professional is among the most relaxing therapies. It gently nudges the body toward its own innate healing processes. This one therapy benefits the entire body, mind, and spirit. This is what healing is about.

Reflexology Association of America recognizes Angela as a certified reflexologist. Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals recognizes Angela as a professional member and practitioner. Angela is also a member of the American Holistic Nurses Association. Through The Sole Connection Reflexology, Angela is committed to promoting and encouraging healthier lifestyles and educating her patients on best wellness practices.
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is best described as holistic healing from within. It is separate and distinct from massage therapy and is recognized by the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine and supported by over 300 global research studies.
Reflexology maps and charts are used as a pictorial guideline to locate the general area of each reflex and their corresponding part of the body. Professional reflexologists like Angela use their advanced training along with their knowledge of anatomy and physiology to locate reflexes based on anatomical guidelines.
Working the reflexes promotes relaxation throughout the body and encourages the body to normalize, balance, and heal itself.
